Unprofessional and inconsiderate — I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest.
1.0− I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this guest house. I originally booked for one night while in the process of moving house, and upon arrival I informed the host that I would like to stay a second night as well. Everything seemed fine at the time. The next morning, however, I was abruptly told to leave because another booking had come through. No proper effort was made to accommodate me, despite me already discussing extending my stay. Being forced to pack up and leave while in the middle of a stressful move was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. I understand bookings happen, but the way this situation was handled showed absolutely no consideration, communication, or basic hospitality. Guests should not be made to feel disposable the moment another booking appears. I would not recommend staying here if you expect reliability, professionalism, or decent customer service.
