9.0Near to convenient Store, quiet, and house is clean, decoration is nice, facilities in good, overall is best to stay.
− Internet line is using 4G router, so tv box cannot been watch smoothly due to always lost connection.
Great new place and value for the money
9.0The house is decorated simply and beautifully. The environment is very comfortable. There is free parking space. The house is also new. Each room has air conditioning. It is very worthwhile.
− Basically, it's great, very good and worth it. Because it's so new, there's no Wi-Fi. The TV is hard to use. In the shared bathroom, the toilet bowl is too close to the wall, which makes it hard for the elderly to move around.
No washing machine and WiFi. The shower room have no curtain at the showers areas

− Water pressure a bit low due to water pressure supply to the new housing scheme. Owner has explained with us and soon water pump may installed to make it normal
