Idealna lokalizacja dla rodziny, z ciepłą i płytką wodą i nie zatłoczoną, trawiastą plażą. Balaton tuż za furtką. Budka z jedzeniem 5 minut. Sklep spożywczy 15 minut pieszo. Duży plus za dwie łazienki. Czysty apartament wyposażony w klimatyzację, moskitiery oraz rolety zewnętrzne co jest bardzo przydatne podczas upałów. W mieszkaniu sporo miejsca do przechowywania ubrań, walizek. Jest kilka garnków, więc coś można przygotować samemu. Piękne widoki na jezioro. Sporo miejsca parkingowego. Teren gdzie znajduje się mieszkanie jest w całości ogrodzony. Miejscowość gdzie można śmiało iść na długi spacer wzdłuż jeziora. Do rozrywkowego centrum miasta 40 minut pieszo.

− Brak odpowiednio działającego odkurzacza i szufelki by można było drobny porządek zrobić. Duża ilość niegroźnych komarów, ale to już nie zależne od obiektu.
