Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und ausserordentlich hilfsbereit. Mängel (nicht funktionierender Wasserhahn) wurden sofort behoben.

− Swimmingpool und Dachterrasse existierten nicht - waren Baustelle. Barzahlung ist sehr ungünstig!

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, plein centre proche des magasins ,de la plage,très bien pour la marcjhe à pieds.L'appartement est spacieux,clair et propre .La literie est bonne.L'environnement est calme

− Il manque un éclairage au dessus de la paillasse de la cuisine.Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine et ceux qui exxistent ne sont pas adaptés au nombre (3à5) de convives ,c'est dommage

The property is average - clean but not totally clean and modern but very basic.

− Ratty towels provided and stains on the sofa left us not very comfortable. If we hadn’t received a last minute booking discount of £100, we wouldn’t have felt it was good value

Location was great. Polite security at reception. Cleaner and Neli seemed polite. Superficially clean looking when entered the apartment.

− Lack of transparency. False claims that could check in ‘early’ at 14:00 at no extra costs, that it was approved - however was made to wait for the standard check in time, bang on 15:00. All 4 of us standing with our luggage. Payment of nearly 1500 Euros cash only for 7 days which included zero toiletries being provided if you include one handwash in each bathrooom. Hardly any toilet paper provided. We were told to buy our own when we ran out. No shelving to speak of to place our own toiletries. Zero reception on site - had to contact Regina via booking.com. Only 1 security personnel at the desk. Only WiFi in the apartment itself. No mirrors in the bedroom, only in the living area. Apartment would benefit from door separating living room from the hallway and bedrooms. Extremely expensive for what it was. Shower area was filthy inside with black mould everywhere. One of the bathrooms had a broken shower lever. No servicing during our week long stay for 4, even if wanted to change towels. Grey blanket had dried up food stains and was disgusting! Laundry bag had mould at the bottom. Finally - this has put off staying in an apartment in future. We will stay in a hotel, knowing there is a reception and not having to purchase our own toiletries or toilet roll either.

The location was good, just a short walk to main bars and sea. Very lovely apartment, very comfortable and spacious. Loved the roof top pool and views!

− There is a lot of building work going on around it and hustle and bustle. If you prefer a calmer location then this isn’t that. It would have been nice to have the option of a welcome food pack. There was a litre of water but as we arrived late and supermarkets closed we couldn’t get more or essentials until the morning. We only had one key available and this didn’t work well if we both were out doing different things.
