If I should stay again, I would not hesitate

Let me start from the end - we did not want to leave :-) Tamarind Villa is big and for family of two adults and three kids provided everything we needed. We could sit together on the terrace, playing desk games but whenever anybody wanted some chill space, there was plenty. Swimming pool was very refreshing in hot days. The villa is located a bit in middle of nowhere so it was very quiet and relaxing. If this is something you seek, you cannot make a mistake to stay there. Small and big gekkos around and a resident hornbill, funny guy coming every morning to check what's going on. A car is needed to get around but everything is close on Langkawi so this is not a problem if you hire a car or scooter. Honestly, I can even imagine spending whole week just in the villa, doing nothing :-)

− Some wear & tear, dishwasher was out of order, also one of the fridges but as there are three, no problem with that.

− Critters and small household frogs, lizards etc. enter the room and washroom; though the care taking staff is very accommodating and takes care of these issues or any other immediate & necessary requirements.

Super schönes, grosses gepflegtes Grundstück. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz.

− Die Küche ist sehr gross und bietet viel potenzial. Leider war sehr viel defekt und auch die Ausstattung ist recht in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, leider war zu viel Chlor im Pool, so das es zum Teil recht schmerzhaft war dort zu baden.

Very spacious, lots of outdoor seating and places to relax. Large garden and nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

− Kitchen needs a full renovation - new cabinets, new set of matching dishes and kitchen utensils.
