3.0− The exceptionally late check-in time, poor quality bed linen seemed like the sheets had not been changed from the prior occupants, inferior quality doona and cover, only one free to air television channel available.

Lovely inside - needs more TLC in some areas and outside.
7.0Kitchen facilities were good. Bathroom and laundry were excellent as was the second loo. Location was good. House was roomy and clean. Linens very clean.
− Handrail in bathroom- would be helpful for elderly showering. Bedroom pillows skimpy. More dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid and toilet paper needed. On arrival all chairs were upside down on tables. Food parcels were left in kitchen cupboards Bedroom doors hard to close due to carpet. Garden beds dated and loose concrete edges hazardous. No access to rear doors from front roller door and a bit clunky. No seating area or bbq outside. Kitchen sink discoloured. No number on house therefore locating house was difficult. Steel rod out front of house dangerous. Rug in rear dining room a trip hazard. Floor capping between dining and kitchen a trip hazard. Outside bins filthy and full of spiders webs. Microwave difficult to access and slippery on fridge - would be better mounted under overhead cupboards.
