8.0Great location, very helpful staff. Very clean, hot shower and comfortable bed. Spacious room with a great view.
− The property was undergoing maintenance and the gym and laundry was unavailable, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. However, the staff were kind enough to deliver weights to the room. So despite this, would still recommend staying here.

10.0It's literally a walk away from Tianmen Mountain, perfectly located in zhangjiajie. Easily accessible to the airport, bus station and train station with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The staff are accommodating, friendly and ever willing to assist. The accomodation itself has a laundry room and gym which are free to use for guest.
