− Venho registrar meu profundo descontentamento com a reserva realizada por meio da Viagem Bem no Lacqua di Roma I – Apartamento 116, Bloco B. Infelizmente, a experiência foi extremamente negativa desde a chegada. Primeiramente, o apartamento não possui fogão, não possui pratos, copos ou talheres, impossibilitando qualquer preparo ou consumo adequado de refeições. Além disso, a geladeira é extremamente pequena, não comportando sequer alimentos básicos para uma família — mal cabem dois refrigerantes. Outro transtorno ocorreu no check-in: o horário oficial era às 14h, porém ao chegarmos o apartamento não estava limpo, obrigando-nos a aguardar, causando constrangimento e prejuízo ao nosso tempo de descanso. Em contrapartida, no check-out, às 11h já estavam ligando insistentemente para desocupar o imóvel, demonstrando total falta de sensibilidade e cordialidade. Para piorar, a reserva foi realizada corretamente para 5 pessoas, com pagamento efetuado conforme solicitado. Entretanto, ao chegar, fomos informados de que constavam apenas 2 pessoas na confirmação, sendo exigido pagamento extra pelas 3 crianças, o que gerou mais constrangimento e gastos inesperados. O conjunto de problemas demonstra falta de transparência, estrutura inadequada e falha grave na prestação do serviço, o que tornou nossa hospedagem extremamente frustrante.
