A wonderful holiday week that we will cherish forever

We had a fantastic week staying at this property. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, and in fact, we felt that the house exceeded the photos on Booking.com. It is a spacious, modern, and very well-equipped house with a large, beautiful garden. The house had everything we could possibly need during our stay. There is plenty of indoor space, including four generous bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There are several different terraces and outdoor seating areas, making it easy to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. The swimming pool is lovely, and the garden is beautifully maintained. It is about a 10-minute walk to the town centre. The walk back involves a fairly steep uphill climb, but like the rest of Moraira, the area has significant elevation changes. Having stayed in several houses in Moraira, we actually found the location of this property to be relatively close to the centre. Our older family members found the uphill walk a little challenging, but if you choose the wonderful town of Moraira, you can expect a bit of complimentary exercise! Alicia, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us, even after we had checked out. Overall, this is an outstanding holiday home that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Moraira.

− If I had to mention one downside, it would be the area’s many steep hills and stairs. However, that certainly won’t stop me from coming back again next year!

Fantastic Villa, fantastic location

Alicia was a fantastic host, couldn't do enough for us, with excellent communication. The Villa is exactly as described, very spacious, very comfortable, and clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The fully secure and large garden was perfect for our dogs, all around the ideal place to stay

− TV wasn't a smart tv, so couldn't connect to our own media, but there's that much to enjoy that not a real problem

Beautiful villa, fabulous location, peaceful and safe, one of the nicest villas we have stayed in!

− We arrived late, so a bottle of milk for drinks would have been nice. No welcome pack including instructions etc, we couldn't get hob or oven to work, luckily we found instructions on line and discovered that child locks were preventing us from operating the devices.

Perfectly appointed comfortable villa in a perfect location.

The villa was in the perfect location with the beach and the town within a few minutes walk. Although close to the town the villa is in a very peaceful and tranquil area. The villa is located along a very quiet road with barely any traffic so it was very safe for walking to our destinations. Our host, Alicia, was very helpful and took some time to show us around the property and its beautiful grounds. We had all the facilities we needed as a family group of 6 including our young grandchildren and we all enjoyed spending time in the lovely pool. In some other villas where we have stayed previously the swimming pool can be a bit hazardous for kids because of slippery tiling around the pool. This pool is completely surrounded by (real) grass so was safe and very natural. The whole, very large, garden is beautiful and immaculately kept.

− The bathrooms could do with some improvement but this wouldn’t put us off staying again.
