We won’t be back to this property again and risking our live with the caterpillars and bug bites.
4.0The view is amazing
− So many caterpillar on the bed and pillows, two of our family member got a very bad reaction on their body from the caterpillars, their body are red, itchy and swollen. I wish they clean it properly and making sure the bed is clean from the bug and caterpillars. The staff is not even greet us, just pointing out where to go and she never speak anything else. The water heater is not working, the kitchen is so dirty.

7.0The view is great. The staff is helpful when we arrive and we need to manage our mom going down to the villa. The river can be reached from the villa but the road is not easy and safe.
− The location is a far from the neighbourhood. It does not have a restaurant so you have to order from outside but cannot be too late due to the location. They only provided instant noodles for breakfast. The room design is quite odd and not convenient for too many people and old people. It was raining the whole night so nothing much can be done outside. We did not see the staff when we checked out. So many things to be improved
