10.0Die Villa ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und alles ist tip top sauber. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Justin ist der Beste. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Er ist immer erreichbar und gibt tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Teneriffa. Der Check in und das Auschecken waren problemlos. Beim Check in war Justin vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. In gut einer Stunde ist man im Teide Nationalpark. Die Straße ist gut zu fahren. Fußläufig sind drei sehr gute Restaurants erreichbar und ein kleiner, aber gut sortierter Supermarkt . Genauso wie ein Bäcker. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten bei einem HiperDino und einem Mercadona Supermarkt. Der Mercadona hat ein Parkhaus dabei. Sollten wir nochmal nach Teneriffa kommen , würden wir sofort wieder diese Villa buchen . Ganz herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Teneriffa.

9.0The ground floor is tastefully decorated. The terrace is spacious and well furnished. Great views of the sea and Teide. Private parking. Justin is a caring and informative host.
− The noise from the motorway at night is heard in the main bedroom. However, the bedroom on the top floor is quiet. In winter, when the weather is windy, the apartment can feel cold.
