Emplacement, seul point positif.

− Honteux. Rapport qualité prix médiocre. Humidité dans la chambre (voir photos) Condensation dans la chambre. Pas de chauffage, il fait tres froid dans la chambre. on ne peut même pas se doucher tellement il fait froid !!! Nuit horrible à greloter avant le ijen ! Aucun espace restauration interieur. Il faut manger dans la chambre alors qu elle est microscopique !!!! Leur gadget électronique ne fonctionne pas (clefs de chambre, lumière...) Surtout ne venez pas dans cet établissement ! Il y en a de mieux à surtout de meilleurs prix !!!

Parfait pour une nuit, même pour 4 personnes dans une cabine. Très propre, fonctionnel, nourriture très bonne. Emplacement parfait pour débuter Kawa Ijen

− Nuit très fraîche quand la météo n’est pas bonne (14/15 degrés dans la cabine) et pas de possibilité de chauffage.

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé avec tout le minimum nécessaire.

L’emplacement est parfait, vraiment proche du point de départ pour le Mont Ijen, on peut y aller à pied depuis l’hôtel. L’hôtel est récent et propre. La chambre est petite mais pour une nuit c’est parfait et on a tout le nécessaire. A l’arrivée on vous aide à installer l’application pour pouvoir accéder à votre chambre mais vous pouvez aussi demander à avoir la clef physique.

− Il propose une restauration (c’est déjà ça) mais beaucoup de plats sont manquants!! Après vous pouvez retourner au début du chemin (point de départ de l’ascension) il y a plusieurs warung.

Le lieu est magnifique, très calme et face aux montagnes. Les aires communes sont très agréables. La cabine était très confortable, parfaite ! Rien à redire ! Nous avons adoré notre expérience.

I was trying to find any positives, but I couldn't.

− The resort is located at an altitude of nearly 2,000 meters above sea level. At night, the temperature often drops below 10°C. The so-called cottages are uninsulated and have no heating; they're more like garages than cottages. It was truly freezing. We had to sleep in jackets. We froze. There's a huge problem with hot water. The sink and bidet by the toilet only have cold water. The shower has only 30 liters of hot water, barely enough for one person. The shower head is damaged, much of the hot water sprays against the wall, the water heater is only 350W, and it takes over two hours to heat water for another person. The shower cabins are dilapidated, dirty, leaky, and moldy. The bedding is disgustingly dirty. The furniture is worn out, and the hangers are torn. The air conditioning unit is terribly dirty and moldy, making it unhealthy and dangerous for customers. Breakfast is a mockery of the customers. The manager's or owner's car all the time blocks the passage from the parking lot to the reception desk, making it difficult to squeeze through with luggage, which somewhat reflects the management's disrespectful attitude towards the resort's customers. I travel a lot, and this is the first time I've encountered such poor value for money. I honestly don't recommend it.
