8.0A very peaceful place, quiet and close to the center, yet away from the hustle and bustle. It's easy to take a walk at the end of the day and breathe fresh air on the way to the lighthouse, avoiding the smog of the city. The stove, refrigerator, hot water and television all work fine. Excellent communication with the owner, who is attentive to any issues that may arise
