A beautiful villa with superb outside space in a peaceful area.

The host, Sara, was lovely and very helpful. The outside space of the property was the highlight - very spacious and a lovely pool. A number of areas for sitting, socialising and sunbathing.

− Although there is an AC in the lounge and the separate accommodation, there were no ACs in the two bedrooms in the main accommodation. We were a little warm sleeping (it was August). However, when we pointed this out to the hosts, they immediately brought to large (brand new) upright fans which solved the problem. The hosts did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Très beau jardin, avec une grande piscine très agréable pour se détendre. Beaucoup d’espace extérieur très convivial pour se reposer ou manger.

− Manque un peu de vaisselle pour 8 personnes. Pas assez de verre, couverts. La Clim est présente juste dans la pièce de vie et dans la dépendance. On aurait aimé un ventilateur dans les chambres car les nuits sont chaudes en été.

Nice large pool and outdoor space; good base to explore Puglia

- Super responsive and helpful hosts - Large and clean pool (filter changed every 2-3 days) - Nice large outdoor area with bbq pit and covered dining table - Annex for privacy for couples - No houses in front (vineyard) - Well equipped kitchen (though couldn't find wine opener - we had our own so no problem!) - Safe gated property. Neighbouring properties are also holiday homes - though one can hear them, out of 12 nights we only had 2 nights with neighbours - Good location to explore Puglia and away from the cities. Nice restaurants (La Grand Quercia in particular). Also get the Chianina T-bone steak from Forno Masseria Lisi Anna butcher for the BBQ

− Not "dislikes" but some things to note: - In the main house, the only aircon is in the living room (none in the bedrooms) so can get a bit stuffy at night when it's been very hot during the daytime. The annex has its own aircon - Sheets and towels are not changed (we stayed 12 nights) - but there is a washing machine and large outdoor drying area - Due to the high heat the previous week and prior guests eating on the bed, ants appeared in the kitchen and one night came on to the bed and bit wife's legs in several places. As soon as the host was informed, the bedroom and the kitchen were throughly cleaned, anti-ant powder applied and the problem did not reoccur

Everything we hoped for. Privacy, a pool, clean, modern, comfortable.

This was a beautiful and perfect property with a very helpful and friendly host. Could not recommend this property enough. Outside garden and pool/bbq/dining space is fantastic - was perfect for our group of 6 but could have comfortably had 8 people.
