9.0..Perfect if staying for a short time in Dallas close to the airport and outlet mall …Also the breakfast included was great and worth the price included in the stay.Staff were friendly and assisted with the free shuttle to the airport.

1.0Horrible experience. Paid for this ahead of time online through my booking.com app. Front desk claimed it wasn't paid for yet, so wouldn't put us in a room. We had booking.com representative call directly to approve payment for processing, so we were let in a room, only to receive a call immediately after check-in that we need to vacate the room as they couldn't verify payment at the front desk. It quickly became obvious that the front desk person was being petty and vindictive. If my employees acted like this to my customers, I would immediately fire them.
− Let the customer in the room, and then deal with booking.com as they're clearly not an unknown company. Especially considering the front desk agent had proof of payment for the room. Poorly handled in all ways.
