− Nothing negative
Overall the location is good. But the hospitality is not good.
3.0The location was good.
− The hotels rooms and washrooms were not clean. Washroom has dirty and stained corners. Even the dustbin was not clean. There were no water in the room, when asked for water they filled used bisleri bottle with tap water, when i asked them for a sealed one . They said it is chargeable. I mean how can they even ask for it. No water. Also the rooms are way too far. You need to take elevator from the lobby to the 1st floor then walk towards the other elevator which is approx 500meters away, then go to the 1/2 floor , where ever your room is.

The gala dinner for the 31st December is mandatory and not included in the price.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
