7.0Great location with parking space included. Lovely bright decor and modern/contemporary design.
− There was scaffolding in the car park area which made parking a bit of a challenge to get out but did it fortunately 😅. When we arrived upstairs to the landing there had been some form of fire damage that needed to be fixed and a lingering smell of smoke damage. Once in the apartment there is definite signs of wear and tear showing (we were there last year and it was a noticeable difference). One set of patio doors were broken so couldn’t be locked, one other set had a key snapped in the lock but could be locked with the other door. There was a lack of matching crockery and glass wear and there were only 2 teaspoons 😆. There is a great roof terrace area but the furniture was dirty and unusable, shame as it would have been lovely to sit in the sunshine and have a drink or two. If it had some love and attention it would be great again. Such a shame as we booked this property because of our stay last year and found it quite sad how it had deteriorated in a year.

3.0Position and cleanliness ease of entry and car parking ,cheap. Kitchen good for self catering .
− On fifth floor and lift broken up 10 flights of stairs! Said they would fix it but not done . Furniture old and jaded . Lacked a box of tissues and a kitchen roll and a toilet brush and bleach . Also nowhere to hang coats and jackets etc
