Good location and practical house, but some maintenance and noise issues
7.0The house is in a convenient location with several practical advantages. The beach is within easy walking distance and there is also an ALDI supermarket nearby, which makes daily shopping very easy. Parking is straightforward and usually available close to the house. Inside, the house is well lit in all rooms and the bedrooms offer plenty of closet space, which is useful for a longer stay. Overall the layout is comfortable and functional.
− At arrival, several essential appliances were not functioning—the cooktop, oven, washing machine, and boiler. Although these issues were eventually resolved, discovering them immediately upon check-in suggests that the property may not always be thoroughly inspected before new guests arrive. As a result, instead of cooking in the apartment on our first evening with the groceries we had just purchased, we ended up having to dine out. Another point to consider is that there is no heating in the living room, only in two of the three bedrooms. During colder periods this could make the living area somewhat uncomfortable. There was also quite a bit of noise during our stay. Across the street new houses are currently being built, which sometimes resulted in construction noise and occasionally prolonged alarm sounds from the building site. In addition, a neighbor has a dog and there was occasionally noise from garden maintenance (lawn mowing) nearby. Some of this is clearly temporary, but it may still affect the experience.

10.0Best house was clean and I like the floor the privacy of the garden,all rooms have AC and well cleaned. The have 2 bathroom so we didn't fight how going first kkkk.
