Esta vez fue una muy mala experiencia.
5.0Estimados/as, Quisiera expresar mi decepción respecto a una experiencia reciente que tuve junto a mi hijo en , el día de nuestra llegada. Lamentablemente, lo que esperábamos que fuera una actividad agradable y bien organizada terminó siendo una situación frustrante, principalmente debido a lo que percibimos como una falta de coordinación o comunicación entre el personal. Entiendo que pueden surgir imprevistos, pero en esta ocasión el aseo del departamento afectó negativamente nuestra experiencia. Comparto este comentario con la intención de que puedan revisar lo sucedido y tomar en cuenta esta situación para futuras mejoras. Me gustaría pensar que se trató de un hecho aislado. Agradezco su tiempo y quedo atento/a a cualquier comentario o aclaración que puedan brindar.
− Específicamente, el aseo del baño dejaba mucho que desear y, de forma muy evidente, no se realizó el cambio de sábanas antes de nuestra llegada. Esta situación fue un total desagrado y generó una muy mala impresión, ya que la higiene es un aspecto fundamental que todo huésped espera al hospedarse.
