Fabulous house in fabulous location
9.0Elland retreat is in a fabulous location by Elland rd football stadium. Situated in a nice quiet cul d sac. The house is nicely decorated and was very clean & quite well equipped. The customer service we received from Carl, the property manager, was fantastic. He's a credit to the company and has been very helpful. We'd definitely stay again when attending the football. Our friend who was with us said he would too.
− Boiler issue during our stay & a few small things we thought could be improved, but we passed this on to Carl, the property manager, who was very helpful and said this would be sorted out ASAP. Mattress is a bit soft for my liking, but I appreciate this is an individual thing.
