6.0They kindly gave us early Check in after exceptionally long flight from Australia.
− Cigarette buts at back door. Front room smell very bad like mould. Cooktop didn’t work properly and no effort was made to fix it or contact us to let us know how we could fix cooktop. Front area had very full bins and overgrown messy garden

6.0It is a house that can accommodate a family of four. Washing machine and dryer available.
− The house is on a quite busy road thus can get noisy. There is a musty smell in the house which can be eliminated by circulating the air esp by the entryway and living room. Towels are not dry long enough and smell musty. Window sills dusty.

3.0Both bedrooms had a television (although only 1 remote control, so we had to share).
− Cleanliness of the property, the overgrown garden, full bins creating an odour throughout the property. Refund given for 1 night due to issues, and we also left a night early. A cleaning team was asked to revisit the property, and they did fix some issues, but not all that were highlighted.

7.0Room was nice clean and comfortable.Got kitchens so we can make some food by ourselves which let me feel just at home.Love the house when I stay.
− Dryer not working,shower not work quite well.Parking space too limit sometime even can't find the parking space.
