Nice, cosy cottage in a nice location
9.0Very nice cottage, clean and well equipped with TV, some DVDs, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine etc. It’s also a short walk to a couple of pubs and shops.
− As mentioned in the booking information, the access road is narrow and steep. We have an estate car and still managed to get access Ok and park in front of the cottage. This did require my wife to walk in front on the car though and check the clearances around the corners!
Loved it, we would definitely stay here again

− The road up to the cottage was very narrow and steep. Parking wasn't very good. Both bathrooms were very small, and unable to sit on the toilet properly in the front bathroom. Your head was next to the toilet when you had a bath. Pictures need updating

6.0The location of the cottage. But the drive up to it is very steep and tight.
− The garden is very steep and not secure for dogs. When assistance was required, the out of hours callout who claimed to be the owner of Coppermines was nothing short of rude. Filled dog poo bags left in bottom of dustbin from the previous visitors. Property, although very quaint and good facilities could do with some TLC to windows and a good carpet clean. Main double bed is 2 singles pushed together. Very uncomfortable. The smaller double is the better option.
