The apartment was lovely and well furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect. The coffee machine and coffee pods a nice touch. Correspondence with the owner was good.

− Unfortunately we were disappointed. The owner messaged on the day we arrived to inform us that one bathroom had no hot water. And wouldn't be fixed during our stay. We were travelling with elderly parents, and the 2 bathrooms were required. It was too late to change the apartment. The hot water working was in the ensuite which meant having to wait for access. The cleanliness of the apartment was not of a high standard. Although reasonably clean the kitchen was quite dirty. We had to wash cups and plates and wipe everything down. The only wash sponge available was a used one quite grubby. The neighbours both sides were noisy. On the double room the tv was loud until around 3am.

Clean and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice. The host was great at keeping in contact and we were really well informed. Had we have had an issue I’m confident they would have resolved it quickly.

− Neighbours were a little noisy, but you could get that anywhere. Could have done with an extra pillow.

Excellent communication from Pepe right from the very beginning until we checked out. No question was too small, and all responses were rapid. We've stayed in Benalmádena many times and absolutely love this area. Acuario's Home is within easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. The beach is not too far, and it's close to many attractions such as the cable cars and Selwo Marina. The first-floor apartment has everything that you need for a family. It was exactly as shown in the photos. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room/ kitchen/ dining room, you have plenty of space. The beds were really comfortable. The reclining chairs in the living room are super comfortable for sitting back and relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is well equipped, and it has a full-size fridge freezer. It's great if you like to stock up and cook all the delicious local food. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. There is a smart TV, so you can login to Netflix, YouTube etc. There is WiFi throughout the apartment, but you may have to keep the doors open slightly between the living room and the twin room as the signal can become weak when all the doors are closed. The washing machine is super handy, and there is a little washing line to hang clothes on outside and a clothes horse to use inside. There was even a beach umbrella we could borrow to take to the beach. The building has a 24-hour reception with friendly staff, and it has lifts to all floors. The pool area is great! It is quite large and has both a spacious deep end and shallow end, with a separate small baby pool. There are even steps to walk in/out of the shallow end if you're not good with pool ladders. There are showers to rinse off, and toilets should you need them. There is even a lifeguard.

− Everything was great. WiFi signal could be a bit stronger, but it's only a minor thing.
