9.0La ubicación es excelente. A un lado el muelle con un amanecer hermoso, pasando la calle una linda playa y hermosos atardeceres. Las instalaciones son cómodas aunque modestas, el sitio donde se encuentra es en general sólo, con lo que se requiere para pasar los días, hay sillas, juguetes y sombrilla para la playa. La piscina del sitio súper grande y limpia

10.0The property was in a perfect location. The pool was huge and the beach was just a short walk. We also loved being on the bay side. It was a quiet area and very clean. We took our 2 month old and it was just overall a perfect trip.

Definitely cozy
8.0The condo was nice, comfortable, and cozy. It was directly across from the beach and only minutes away from good food and shopping (toward Madeira Beach, not Indian rocks) the kids enjoyed the bird rescue shelter across the street. It was quiet and has the biggest pool we've ever seen. Also, the closet had a ton of beach stuff to use (umbrella, cooler, wagon, toys, chairs, etc)
− We didn't know until we got there that there's currently construction (remodeling) on the building, so that was a little surprising. And it was a little smaller than we realized when we booked (we are a family of 5 [all teenagers] ) but it was so worth the price that we couldn't be upset.
