Piso Amplio para 4 personas, no nos molestábamos unos a otros. Además tiene Aire acondicionado que se agradece cuando vienes de la playa con todo el calor. Muy cerca de la zona de fiesta y ambiente

If it weren’t for the noisy neighbors, this would have been a peaceful place to stay. The location is great, close to both the beach and the town center. The kitchen is well equipped, and the terrace overlooking the pool is very pleasant.

− The room had mold on the walls, and some of the furniture was unstable. The swimming pool was dirty, with mold along the sides. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to sleep because the neighbors came back very early in the morning, shouting and making a lot of noise. In the bathroom, water was constantly dripping from what seemed to be a broken pipe, possibly wastewater. When we plugged in the hairdryer and turned it on, it gave us an electric shock, which felt very unsafe. Because of this, we had to buy a brand-new hairdryer so we could dry our hair safely. We were also not provided with nearly enough toilet paper for our one-week stay, which was quite inconvenient.

− Estuvimos 20 horas sin agua. La piscina estaba en obras y no nos lo avisaron, no pudimos hacer uso de ella. No habia menaje completo en el apartamento, no teniamos ni un bol, si sarten grande, la cafetera no funcionaba, el horno iba mal. Aparecían cucarachas en el apartamento si dejabas la ventana abierta. La ubicación estaba cerca de las discotecas pero el barrio en el que estaba ubicado era muy sucio. Además, teniamos reservados y PAGADOS 4 apartamentos en este bloque, dos semanas antes del viaje, nos cancelaron uno de los apartamentos sin justificación alguna y la única solución que nos daban era otro mucho más alejado que el nuestro, dejando a 4 personas apartadas del resto del grupo.

the location

− the pool was advertised as open. it was not. was completely unuseable. apartment was dirty. no bathroom accessories provided (soap, shower gel etc) bathroom had grime along the wall tiles and floor. kitchen tiles and floor were covered in dirt and dust. No reception or anyone to talk to for a quick resolution any of problems. overall not a good stay and had to fix lots of minor problems myself (shower door not secured properly, fly door not secured properly. no washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets/liquid, no toilet roll, etc)
