9.0Very spacious house with large rooms and a large terrace. Great for cooking and washing. Big terrace with fantastic views. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs, the other bathroom is upstairs. Big supermarket 10 minutes drive away. Plenty of restaurants in Angra do Heroísmo, 10 minutes away.
− The house had a musty smell but we put that down to the humidity.

7.0L'emplacement est très bien, superbe vue. Très grande maison avec beaucoup de place. Lave linge et sèche linge très appreable.
− Ménage très moyen : serviettes sales qui restaient dans la salle de bain de la location précédente, vaisselle pas très propre. Pas de lave vaisselle, mais pas d'egouttoir non plus pour mettre les assiettes lavées. Eau chaude impossible à stabiliser, les douches étaient compliquées. Une salle de bain à l'étage alors que toutes les chambres sont en bas.

Ruim huis met uitzicht, inrichting echter deels gedateerd en onvolledig.
5.0Zeer ruim huis, grote woonkamer met terras, grote slaapkamers. Mooi uitzicht richting oceaan, rustig gelegen. Terceira is prachtig eiland. Supermarkt op 10 min rijden. s'avonds op balkon vaak verfrissend windje. Geschikt als je vooral veel ruimte wil. Ligt aan steile helling maar met auto prima bereikbaar. Twee grote badkamers, waarvan 1 naast de woonkamer. Twee grote garages.
− Huis heeft onderhoud nodig (zie eerdere review). Deuren klemmen, lampen aan draadjes. Weinig gebruikt? Ruikt muf in kasten en slaapkamers. Geen airco maar ook geen ventilatoren. Keuken maar weinig pannen. Douchen moeizaam, of te warm of te koud. Nergens horren. Geen handleidingboek met uitleg of tips. Bedden oud en erg hard. Buitenmeubilair beperkt, minder dan op foto's. Wel wasmachine en droger maar geen afwasmachine. In kasten nog oude kleren. Wisselend schoon.

− dos insectos... muito provavelmente pelo facto de não ser habitada, mas também a falta de zelo com a habitação. ex: fios de eletricidade pendurados no duche da wc do r/c, ralos partidos ou que saltavam com enquanto se tomava banho, portas não fechavam, etc. o piso de cima estava em melhores condições. ode debaixo precisa de uma boa revisão.
