− A little noisy adjacent flat occupants and the building isn’t quite yet fully occupied. So can feel a little eerie. But not of material issue for our stay.

10.0The most beautiful apartment in New Gudauri. Brand new and fitted to a very high standard. Very comfy bed and nice and warm. Ski in and ski out. The apartment has a washing machine which we used most days.

10.0I’ve been in Gudauri several times and stayed in different apartments, but none compare to this one. Super design with a beautiful electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch. Direct main ski lift access really makes the difference, you see the lift from balcony, panoramic view from balcony is breathtaking. By far the best accommodation I’ve experienced in Gudauri. Highly recommend! Modern, stylish and perfectly located, all details are thought.
