1.0− Never book this hotel unless you want to become a victim of fraud or irresponsible behavior, like we did. I booked this apartment for 10 nights from September 25 to October 5, 2025, and paid €891, but we were still unable to enter the apartment. The owner wrote to us saying we could pick up the key from the locker at 4:00 PM and sent us the code. However, the key was not in the locker (I have a video recording, which I sent to Booking.com). After waiting for over an hour in the rain, he still didn't contact us, refusing to answer our phone calls or emails. After we had already left the area and booked another hotel, about two hours later we received an email stating he had made a mistake and sent us to a different locker number. After numerous complaints and the video recording we provided, Booking.com refunded us only €199. Essentially, they extorted 691 euros from us for not spending a single minute in the apartment.
