We made our booking at the last minute, and we were so happy that we could be accommodated. Keri was welcoming and friendly, and communication was easy throughout. It’s a wonderful, peaceful place with a beautiful garden. As we arrived in the evening, Keri recommended that we go and watch the sunset. On the way, we met some lovely ponies, which made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to end the day. The room was cosy, and the bathroom was beautiful, with thoughtful decorative touches that created a very relaxing atmosphere. All the essentials were provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We’re so glad we found such a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily come back again.

The location was great for us. The surrounding estate was lush and beautiful and a joy to see every morning, to walk in or sit in either sun or shade. The open air pool was an excellent addition, enclosed, with shower and loo, and well maintained. Our hosts could not have been more warm and welcoming and Kerry whisked away clothing which had got covered in body wash, washed them in her machine, hung up everything to dry and then left them folded on our bed. I was not allowed to help! Lovely people who wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

− Our only problem was that the room, though very well equipped, and with a spacious bathroom, was a little small, but this had been our decision, as my husband was concerned about stairs to the alternative room (which would not have been a problem). Kerry had also voiced her concern about our choice before we arrived, as my husband is a big man!

Perfect spot for tranquil getaway

Lovely, peaceful location, perfect for a tranquil getaway. Host was very attentive and answered all our queries before arrival. Room was clean, parking was available and pool on site. We enjoyed finding good reading spots around the garden and saying hello to the ponies.
