10.0This house is beautiful. It’s Large, elegant and clean. The spaces work perfectly. Kitchen is very well stocked, even a blender and air fryer with an American double door fridge. Garden was neat. The two en-suites rooms were a luxury. Beds very comfortable. Easy check in process, friendly helpful staff. Quiet neighbourhood. A fantastic stay.

1.0− Our stay was cancelled due to overbooking on the morning of travel. I was travelling for the funeral of my mother so in an already stressful situation this made matters far worse. This wasn’t a last minute booking so notice of overbooking should have been dealt with way before it was. Very disappointed and won’t be using booking.com or kinship house again. Extremely poor service.

A beautiful home away from home!
10.0It was like a home from home! A modern and very tidy detached house perfect for our family to stay in. Each room was decorated nicely and it felt really comfortable. Driveway parking and a garden to the rear were a great bonus. Location was convenient due to being close to Keele University, the Royal Stoke Hospital and just a few minutes to Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre. Hosts were very friendly and helped us quickly with any queries - thank you we’ll be back again!
