Definitely not worth £900 for 2 nights, would not recommend as it’s a very run down old house which does not look like t

− Very run down old house, one bedroom was very smelly, old tatty furnishings, outside looks very run down, no parking despite being told there was. 2 of the 5 couples would not stay and went to nearby hotel.
Unfortunately will not book with this company again due to chasing the refund of damage deposit

− I have used smart corporate stays a few times but struggled to get the £200 damage deposit refunded. It took weeks after the stay was over. Various communications by email and WhatsApp to try and get it refunded
Avoid!! Absolutely Appalling Standards.

− Firstly, the property was filthy and neglected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pile of rotting rubbish bags dumped in the yard, surrounded by overgrown weeds and broken bricks – not exactly a warm welcome. It looked more like a dumping ground than a place someone should be paying to stay in. The front of the property wasn’t any better. The electrical meter box had no cover, leaving live wires exposed right next to the front door, a serious safety hazard, especially for families or anyone with children. Inside, the situation didn’t improve. The room had visible mould and damp on the walls, especially by the bed, which gave off a musty smell and raised health concerns. Plug sockets were poorly maintained, with one hanging awkwardly behind the bed. It felt unsafe and certainly didn’t meet even basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. The back of the sofa was ripped open and we had to wash the plates before use as they had a film of grease...disgusting, pay for better cleaners. There was zero care or pride put into this property. I strongly advise avoiding Dinnington House until they take responsibility and carry out proper maintenance and cleaning. It’s unacceptable to charge people to stay in such squalid conditions. Judge for yourself from photos taken.
