− A little difficult to find. Once found, had to then find and access a key safe to get in. The detailed instructions were sent beforehand, but also a quick call to the available agent was helpful

8.0Very large apartment clean, lovely big towels - just remember to take tea & coffee as there is non there, but everything else such as shampoo and shower gel. Very good value for money and easy to travel to NEC.

Great apartment
9.0Great location and apartment
− We had difficulty contacting the host for the code to the key safe, we were asked to call when we arrived at the site , we tried calling and waited for 30 mins . In the end we left the location and were phoned approx 45 mins after the initial attempt of trying to make contact and we were provided with the code. We returned to the property. It would have been easier it the code was sent in the email that was sent earlier in the day with the property details.
