9.0Convenient. Very well kitted out. Good quality renovation and kitchen. Rooms lovely. Enjoyed our stay.
− The easy chairs were good looking but somewhat worn/ soft- a problem for us as have back issues.

− Everything was good
Nice short break in pretty Southwold
8.0Location very central to high street and seafront 5 mins away
− however could be a little noisey with people walking down the road also at the time of our stay there was some building work going on behind the property, parking was a bit of pain hardly ever any spaces on north parade or surrounding the property, we had to keep moving car late at night then as soon as you move space gone
