Management needs to improve. Will not be going back
1.0Mont Clair has so much untapped potential. It is always so sad to see mismanagement affects these gems in Zimbabwe.
− Customer care is not on the top of their list of priorities. It was very quiet and we were some of the only guests staying but nothing was done in a timely manner. They also abuse the phone in the room, we have never received so many calls in our room before.
