Started off stressful, which needn't have happen. After that it was fine.
7.0We didn't get a breakfast or meet a host.
− We couldn't get in due to not being given the key code, as we had not completed the completion form. This was because they wanted us to scan my driving licence or someother form of id. I was not happy having to do this, as we didn't have to the last time I stayed. They just give us the key code and we fill in a form to get the wifi access details. I felt the as you had my email address, home address and my telephone number you had enough information about me. ARE YOU NOT AWARE BY ME GIVEN MORE AND MORE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE OR AM OPEN TO SCAMMERS. Also we didn't get an information pack to assist us with the heating and we were freezing for most of Friday night.
