− Die gesamte Wohnung ist total verräuchert so dass wir nur mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten und es trotzdem kaum auszuhalten war

1.0− The owner contacted me 20 min before checkin to cancel the booking. I was left without a place in a city with no booking options available (Busy conference week). I was also never refunded or paid any compensation. Complete mess.
