Nice view, basic accommodation, horrible management
5.0Location was good and the flat had a nice view and comfortable beds.
− Worst management I've ever experienced, but then again these might be the standards in Malaysia nowadays. Rules and instructions on everything, notices about fines inside the property and the building common areas and the check-in and check-out process felt like a trial. They shared a long list of steps on how to sef check-in, and we had to take photos and videos to make sure we didn't lose any key cards and to prove our check-out time, otherwise we'd be fined. The complete opposite of a smooth and relaxing experience. I come from Greece and I'm used to completely different standards where you meet your host and they are friendly, flexible and accommodating. Not this thing where you feel you'll be fined if you do something wrong or you are late. Also the accommodation was very basic inside compared to the price we paid. Never again, I'd rather pay for a hotel next time.

10.0The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My child absolutely loved the playground and kids’ pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, and the host was very friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.
