8.0Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer und weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten im Wohn-, Essbereich. Liegt verkehrsgünstig, ebenso ist ein Parkplatz in einer Nebenstraße kein Problem. Den angebotenen Parkplatz im Parkhaus haben wir nicht besucht. Die Vermieter bieten zu jeder Zeit Hilfe an.
− Aufgrund der Dachgeschosslage konnte die Wohnung nicht ausreichend gekühlt werden, obwohl 2 Ventilatoren vorhanden sind. Für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen aufgrund der Lage im 4. Stock (Treppen) nicht zu empfehlen.

9.0Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage in Leipzig, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, perfekte Größe auch Fr 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder Gute Ausstattung - inkl. Waschmaschine/Trockner/Bügelmöglichkeit, was bei längeren Aufenthalten ja wichtig ist.
− Ein Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle sind nicht vorhanden, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Super zentrale und saubere Wohnung
8.0Super Lage und eine sehr gute Wohnung! Wir waren zu fünft da und jeder hatte eine gute Schlafmöglichkeit, die auch bequem war. Alles sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
