Insgesamt gut. Schöne große Wohnung mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick auf Mittenwald.
7.0Sehr gute Aussicht auf Mittenwald. Aber es wird immer ein Auto benötigt wenn man in den Ort will. Außer man verfügt über eine gute Kondition.
− Das Bad ist nicht mehr ganz modern. Zum Duschen muss man in die Badewanne steigen. Wer immer baden will ist es o.k.

10.0Great place, good elevated location for fantastic views, very clean, very comfortable. It is a bit away from the center, but not a problem for a 15-minute walk which includes going uphill. If you're in a car, very close and short drive. Enjoyed the fantastic views of both the sunrise and the sunset from this location.

10.0Власники зробили все , щоб нам було зручно і комфортно. Одразу видно , що власник зацікавлений в том щоб туристи були задоволені. Кухня облаштована всім приладдям, якщо ви забули вдома гель для душу або шампунь, не проблема в цьому помешканні про вас вже подбали. Вид чудовий і помешкання теж.

7.0locatie aan de zuid rand van Mittenwald, balkon echter op het noorden , dus later op de dag pas zon. Uitzicht over geheel Mittenwald, , maar te voet toch 20 minuten naar centrum. Op 8 minuten kabinelift naar Karwendel, 2 na hoogste bergbaan van Europa, 2650 meter.
− late zon op balkon( op het noorden ), ,te voet 20 minuten lopen naar centrum. Auto nodig, of bus voor tochtjes ed.

10.0Amplio lugar con espectacular vista hacia la montaña y hacia el centro del pueblo. Disfrutar la vista en las mañanas y atardecer es relajante. Habitaciones cómodas y el sofá es amplio. La calefacción funciona sin problema. Excelente comunicación y atención por el propietario.
− La ducha con la cortina es un poco estrecha pero aceptable.
