9.0Great modern open plan conversion of a house into a self contained flat.. Lovely garden. Extremely well presented
− Location wasn't what I expected... Let's say the quality of the flat outshone it's neighbouring properties in a fairly dense housing estate in spades.. location wise it wasn't what I expected... Lights need some maintenance as not all worked as they should, and while there was a lovely flat screen TV in the lounge area it needs replacing as people had green faces and colours were all messed up.. a picture reset to default settings did nothing to improve it... It's just broken..

10.0Very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. Spotlessly clean! Beds are comfortable and the rain shower is lovely. Off-road parking space right outside the door is great, a there was no noise for the other apartments. Martin is most helpful when needed. This was excellent accommodation for our 3 night stay with our 4 year old, allowing me to easily access the town for my training course and the family to explore the local area. Would definitely recommend.

10.0Great spacious apartment with a beautiful outdoor space. Was really cosy in winter and a just a short taxi ride into town. It was very quiet and comfortable.
