A fab location, close to everything.
8.0Lovely cottage, and in a great location. We really enjoyed exploring the lanes and the beautiful old houses around and about, learning about the rich history of the area. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen extension very impressive (and very well equipped) and the shower in the bathroom was great. The host very helpfully responded to our questions about the history of the house.
− It wasn't a huge deal, and only to be expected, given the age of the house, but the stairs were quite steep and narrow, especially up to the second bedroom. Might be tricky for folks with reduced mobility.

8.0Very easy location, walkable to the centre of Beverley and the parking was immediately opposite which was convenient and we had two cars. The bedroom had A/C which was amazing during the heatwave. The set up is great with high quality kitchen appliances and a lovely shower in the bathroom.
− There was no welcome pack so there was no Information about the local area (such as good restaurants/pubs or cafes) and there were no instructions for the many fancy appliances that were available in the kitchen. So cooking was a challenge at times. Asked for a late checkout as we have a new baby and got no reply.
We will definitely use again
10.0Property was central to everything, comfortable, parking available throughout day even on the weekend, beds were comfortable, property clean, little court yard was perfect for the nice evenings.
All in all a lovely place lovely stay, owner very friendly.
8.0Ideal location, comfortable bedrooms and patio
− Stairs a bit challenging, but to be expected in such an old property. Some confusion with the cleaner. She was confused as to our arrival date and hadn’t cleaned the kitchen. Hadn’t left any milk. Left rubbish bag on sink, a pastry left in oven. She arrived at 10am on the day we were leaving, thinking we were checking in later.
