The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. It is surrounded by fields and nature so a very nice situation.

− Unfortunately there are just 2 windows, so in winter it may be a bit dark. The location is a bit unfortunate as to reach the property you are actually crossing the industrial area of Certaldo. While the property is still within San Gimignano it takes almost 20 min drive to San Gimignano, while just a few minutes to get to Certaldo. Bedding needs an upgrade.

A pleasant stay in the nice area in the middle of nowhere

The bedroom was nice and comfortable, the mosquito net was a huge plus. I enjoyed the area with the swimming pool and outdoor sitting area next to our apartment. The kitchen is pretty well equipped.

− The apartment is quite dark and it's hard to properly air it out.

Quiet and serene. Too cold for the pool but was nice to have. About a 15 to 20 min ride to walls of San Giminiano. It's an apartment with lull out couch and separate bedroom. Has washer with Detergent. Has iron and board. Given complementary water and wine bottle.

− A bit of a smell when we walked in. Lots of bugs, curled up and dead.on floor. Kitchen area is quite small. Bring pods for dishwasher. Plates and silverware were not clean. Parking spot seemed a bit overdone with a gate. No dryer so you have to use the fans if it's cold or it's raining. Not sure if completely contact less is any good.

Nice place for a rest away from crowds and noise of modern world

If you are looking for a quiet place in "the middle of nowhere" in Toscana - this is your place! Ample space in the house, a pool, silence and nature around. If you want to see some tourist crowds and places of interest, San Gimignano is quite close, but you need a car, of course.

− The road to the place (the last part of approximately 1,5 - 2 km) is just soil, no asphalt or other firm road coverage. Nevertheless, it is not a probem for a normal car - you don't need 4x4 to reach your destination.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional! This place truly exceeded all our expectations, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best accommodation experiences l've ever had. The apartment was impeccably clean, and had a cozy and spacious living space. The whole apartment created a relaxing atmosphere. It was evident that the host had gone above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the apartment was designed for maximum comfort. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The bathroom was clean, and the host provided enough bath towels. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. I truly felt at home throughout my stay. You have a good dishwasher, good functioning oven, laundry facilities and a fire place. The wifi was also good. What truly set this apartment apart was the exceptional host. From the moment we made the booking until the day we left, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the apartment was also fantastic. It's in the middle of nature and it provides a great and relaxing feeling, especially in the morning for a nice morning walk. The pool was also very nice and you get two personal sun chairs with an umbrella. You can also park at the premise, which a very nice plus. Just be careful with the mosquitos and make sure you have the right stuff against them. The road towards the accommodation seems a bit off initially, but after a few hundred meters, you can already see the location. The road is fine. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!
