− Due to location in building the room was hot and had to run AC hard

8.0The location was important for me, it was perfect
− I would’ve liked a small induction hob to be able to cook a little. I found the security a little too rigid, I have a studio unit of my own which I’m fitting out, to get anything through the gate was a bit of a performance, this is no reflection on the unit, just of the development. Even trying to bring a guest in briefly involves notifying the security guards!

− There was an excessive amount of yelling and screaming and playing with the elevator from small children on the floor.

− AC was poor even at 18C , the room was always hot and sticky. Had the fan on full through the night and when we were there.
