It needs improving compared to what I paid for and expected.

- The apartment is on the 6 floor so you can enjoy beatiful views of the ocean. - The Wi-Fi connection is strong. - There is a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes airer. - The building has a lift. - The neighbours were quite during day and night. - The building is close to the train tracks, but the noise doesn't disturb you while you're sleeping because the bedroom window is on the opposite side to the tracks.

− - I had to wait for 2 weeks after check-out to receive an invoice even though I had asked for it before and during my stay. - I was staying for 2 weeks duration and there was left only 1 washing machine tablet and 2 trash bin bags, so I had to buy more by myself. - There could be more salt, pepper and cooking oil as I finished the few small bags provided on the first day. - The smell of sewage in the bathroom is terrible. The whole apartment doesn't smell bad if the bathroom door is closed. - After a heavy rain one of the windows leaked badly and I noticed that most of the windows had mold and the paint was chipping away. - The bed is very unstable and moves from side to side. There are also no counters near the bed to put things on. - The main door to the apartment does not have soundproofing, so you can hear everything from the corridor. After working hours until midnight, the lift is used the most, so it is very loud. - In the evening it's hard to find somewhere to park a car because it is crowded. - If you're cooking and washing your clothes the electrical fuse will go off. You can turn it on by pressing and holding the orange button for 2 seconds. That could be noticed somewhere, because I don't understand what is written on the fuse box's small screen in Portuguese.

For us, the position was quite good, as we walked the passeio maritimo, got some bikes along the way, took the train & bus to cabo da roca. It has a nice view and windows all over.

− They just have white lights everywhere. We took the one yellow light bulb and placed it on the only lamp. The bed is fragile.

Bem localizado, soube a pouco e irei voltar com certeza.

The apartment was spacious, secure, neat, and clean, and was located near beaches, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

− The bathroom had a strong sewer gas smell coming up through the pipes that bothered us quite a bit during the entire stay. The apartment is located in a densely populated area, with several other residential buildings and a set of train tracks close by. Parking was a bit of a challenge most of the time.
