− 一进门就看到地上有三只蟑螂，其中两只还没死脚还会动，让我有点恐惧，还好后两天没有出现新的

− Delays in the Authorization. I am expecting for a smooth check-in but they forgot to provide the authorization form during my check-in. I booked on Jan 21st and expected to arrived Jan 22nd early morning but good thing I arrived early but it took an hour before I check in the host didn't process the authorization form ahead of time. What if I arrived around 1am where the office is close and no authorization.? I stayed to different condominium unit and they provide everything. There is no Soap and Shampoo, no wet rug for shower.

5.0the design make it different to other rooms make it looks better and speed of internet is faster i like it.
− not comfortable. this is only good for 2 people. the bunk bed is too low that you hit your head in the ceiling. dining area for kids only.

9.0Location is ideal close to the shopping center. The place was cozy and clean.
− The beds were a bit short my feet are hanging on the edge and the loft area ceiling was a little low.. I think they need to check the fridge as it stinks of old food or whatever each time we open it. The rest was good..
