10.0Easy to check in with door code. The host sent us a great video to show exactly where to enter (as it is an apartment within a block of several apartments). Fabulous spot, so close to the action. Has a balcony which we appreciated during a busy rugby weekend in town. We watched, and joined in the atmosphere of the crowd of French supporters on the way to the game, of course cheering for the All Blacks. So many great bars and entertainment spots within easy walking distance. Don't worry if you are away for a quiet weekend, as with the triple glazing? it is quiet and warm inside. Great hosts who respond quickly to any requests. They graciously allowed us to check in earlier which was much appreciated. Fab weekend had by all guests. Thank you
− No car park with the property, but a public car park across the road. We parked there to drop off people and bags and then moved vehicle out onto the street. Lots of car parking buildings around the centre of the city but unfortunately they close later at night and do not offer a rate for 24hr rate. Parking on the street (2 streets away) was safe during a busy test rugby night with lots of people around.

5.0Unfortunately there was dog fur all over the carpets which stuck to my clothes. Carpets definitely need a spruce up.
