6.0Overall, our stay was ok. The space was clean and had plenty of towels. The parking attendant at the entrance was very helpful and friendly. However, I cannot recommend this location for two reasons. When we checked in we were accosted and expected to attend a breakfast to hear about time share options. We were not there for that!! The other thing was that the portion of the building we stayed in was attached to the larger part of the condo. The door that separated our part from the other part of the unit had a large gap and was next to their kitchen. It was very loud.

8.0Clean but facilities could use an upgrade. Things first appear higher end but fade once you actually use them. Lots of pools and hot tubs. Decent gym with sauna and steam room. Things were good enough for a weekend stay with friends for Busch Gardens.

10.0Great property. Peaceful and quiet. My only complaint, and it’s more on me, was not realizing that there was no onsite food options and there was nothing in walking distance. But an easy fix for next time.
