Facility and service were excellent beside service complaint i wrote above
6.0− All three of us got sick and at least one other person I know got sick at the property. So I reached out to see what might have caused and to know if there was more cases. I called two times in two different days and was told manager would reach out to me but never got a respond. Very disappointing to see especially at FOUR SEASONS
Wonderful stay at a unique location
10.0Location, food, comfort and very friendly helpful staff. Safari tours organized by the lodge were great.
