5.0Good location for station and city centre. Clean property.
− Noise from traffic and very noisy neighbours in the early hours. A fan in the bedroom would be good as then the windows could be closed to shut out the noise. We were just unlucky perhaps with the neighbours at 2am and then a grab korry sitting for half an hour outside the bedroom window with its engine running at 6am.

− Bad odor in kitchen. Poor communication. We reserved 2 twin beds but on arrival it was a double. When we called we were politely told there was nothing they could do. After we strongly insisted, they confirmed our reservation for twin beds & sent someone over to fix it. It was very frustrating.
