9.0The house is located in a quiet residential area. From there, several supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes. Downtown Bradenton and Anna Maria Island are each about 10 minutes away by car, St. Petersburg 30 minutes and Tampa 60 minutes. Inside and outside, everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures. There are three bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a dining room and a living room. In addition, there is a large garage with a washing machine and dryer, as well as fitness equipment, two e-bikes, a sofa and a screen. Unfortunately, this means that no car can be parked in the garage, which would have been great in the high temperatures of summer, but there is enough space in the driveway. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a gas barbecue and the highlight, the heated pool. It is deeper than I expected; as an adult, I could only stand in the front area. The house and garden are very well maintained and decorated with great attention to detail. Most appliances (cooker, dishwasher, fridge with ice cube compartment, toaster, etc.) and other everyday items such as crockery and cutlery are provided. Thanks to the air conditioning, the house always stays nice and cool. In the garage, there is an additional refrigerator, also with air conditioning, and a large ice cube machine that continuously produces ice cubes that can be used in freezers, for example. Communication with the landlords worked very well via the messaging function here on Booking.com. They were always available to answer questions and responded promptly. All in all, we had a very nice week's holiday in the house.
